Privacy Policy

The short version

Jugabet Repairing Simulator is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device. It has no user accounts, no sign-in, no servers of our own, and no networking layer. It does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data of any kind.

The only data the game creates is your save file, your settings and — if you choose to add one — a mechanic portrait. All three live inside the app's own private storage on your device, and all three are deleted when you delete the app.

What we do not collect

Data typeCollectedNotes
Name, email address, phone numberNoneThe game has no sign-in and no contact form inside it.
Photos and camera imagesNoneAn optional portrait is saved only into the app's private storage. It is never uploaded.
Precise or coarse locationNoneNo location framework is linked or called.
Contacts, calendars, remindersNoneNever requested.
Health, fitness or sensor dataNoneNever requested.
Advertising identifier (IDFA)NoneNo advertising SDK is present, so no tracking permission is ever requested.
Device identifiers or fingerprintsNoneNo identifier is read, generated or stored.
Usage, analytics or crash dataNoneNo analytics or crash reporting SDK is present.
Purchase historyNonePurchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Browsing or search historyNoneThe in-game parts search runs locally and is never stored.

Because we collect nothing, there is no personal data for us to disclose, sell, share, transfer or hand to anyone. There is no data broker relationship of any kind.

Permissions the game may ask for

Every permission below is optional. You can decline all of them and play the entire game with no loss of functionality.

Camera

Asked for only if you tap Take a photo on the Career screen to set a mechanic portrait. The photo is cropped to a square and written to the app's private storage. It is never uploaded, transmitted, backed up to us, or shared with anyone. You can remove it at any time from the Career screen.

Photo library

Asked for only if you choose Choose from library for the same portrait. The game uses the system photo picker, reads the single image you select, and never writes to your library.

Notifications

Off until you turn them on in Settings. Every notification is scheduled locally on your device by the game itself. There is no push server, no device token, and no remote notification capability in the app. Notifications are used only to tell you a parts delivery has arrived, that a clock-in streak is about to reset, that daily contracts are expiring, that the weekly rival board is closing, or that a car has returned under warranty.

In-app purchases

The game offers optional in-app purchases for torque tokens and for two permanent unlocks. These transactions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store.

We never see, receive or store your name, payment card, billing address or Apple Account details. The app receives only a signed confirmation from Apple that a purchase completed, which it uses to credit the item. Refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where your data lives, and how to delete it

Your save file, your settings and your mechanic portrait are written to the app's own sandboxed container on your device. They are not synced to any cloud service by us and are not readable by other apps.

Because nothing is stored on a server, there is nothing left over for us to delete on your behalf, and no data export to provide. If your device backups are enabled in iOS, a copy of the app container may exist inside your own backup, under your control and your Apple Account, not ours.

Third parties

The app contains no third-party SDKs. There is no analytics provider, no advertising network, no crash reporting service, no social login, no AI service and no attribution partner.

The only Apple framework with an external component is StoreKit, used for in-app purchases as described above. Apple's own handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, of any age. Since no personal data is collected at all, no data about a child can be collected, stored or disclosed through this app.

The app contains optional in-app purchases. If you share a device with a child, we recommend enabling Screen Time restrictions for purchases in iOS Settings.

Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, and to object to its processing.

These rights are satisfied here by design rather than by request: we hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing to access, correct, port or object to. Deletion is entirely in your hands through the two steps described above. We do not sell or share personal information, and we have never done so.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the game changes what it does with data, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top of the page will change. Material changes will also be described in the App Store release notes for that version.
